Gravity Ignite LLC (“Gravity Ignite,” “we,” “us”) operates gravityignite.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to quote and produce your work, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
What we collect
- Information you give us — name, company, email, phone, and message contents when you submit a quote request, trade-account application, or contact form.
- Files you upload — drawings, CAD models, and artwork you submit for estimating. These are treated as confidential customer documents.
- Technical basics — like most websites, our hosting and security providers (Google Cloud, Cloudflare) log IP addresses and request metadata to keep the site fast and secure.
How we use it
- To prepare estimates and quotes and to produce work you order.
- To respond to your inquiries and manage trade accounts.
- To operate and protect the website.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use your uploaded files for anything other than quoting and producing your work.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Where your data lives
Form submissions and uploaded files are stored in our production systems on Google Workspace and Google Cloud, behind access controls. Our website is served through Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention
Quote records and customer files are retained as business records for as long as they’re useful to serving you (estimating history helps us re-quote repeat work quickly). Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we’re required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.

To access, correct, or delete your information, email accounting@gravityignite.com or call 888-317-0867. We answer the same business day.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated effective date.
