These terms cover quotes, orders, and production work from Gravity Ignite LLC (“Gravity Ignite”). Submitting an order or accepting a quote means you agree to them.
Quotes & estimates
- Instant estimates on this site are generated from our live costing model and are honored for the configuration shown. Engineered quotes prepared by our estimating team state their own validity period (typically 14 days).
- Material market pricing moves; quotes older than their validity period may be re-priced.
- Estimates assume production-ready files. Files that need prepress or engineering rework may change the price — we’ll tell you before we proceed.
Your files & approvals
- You are responsible for the accuracy of files, dimensions, and approvals you provide. Production matches the approved file.
- You represent that you have rights to the artwork and designs you send us. You retain ownership of your IP; we retain ownership of our tooling, fixtures, and production methods.
- Uploaded files are kept confidential and used only to quote and produce your work.
Production & delivery
- Lead times are business-day estimates from file approval and payment terms being met, not guarantees. Rush options are quoted per job.
- Manufacturing tolerances apply per industry norms for each process; critical dimensions must be flagged on your drawing.
- Shipping dates on releases from program pools follow the release schedule in your program agreement.
Payment
- Standard terms are payment with order. Approved trade accounts may order on net terms per their account agreement.
- Custom work that has entered production cannot be canceled without charge for work completed and materials committed.
Warranty & liability
- We stand behind our workmanship: defects in materials or workmanship reported within 30 days of delivery will be remade or credited at our option.
- Our liability on any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for consequential damages.
