SLS Nylon 12 and FDM production parts from your STL — jigs, fixtures and end-use parts.
Two processes, different jobs
- SLS Nylon 12 — for functional parts that need
strength without support structures, including end-use components. - FDM — for production parts, jigs and fixtures
where the geometry suits it.
What people actually print here
Jigs and fixtures for their own shop floor, and end-use parts that would be
uneconomical to tool for. If you are weighing printing a part against having
it machined or moulded, that is a conversation worth having before you commit
— see component sourcing,
where we work the make-or-buy answer with you.
What to send
An STL for printing. If you have a STEP file, send that too — it
carries information an STL does not, and it matters if the part may end up
cut or machined instead.
Getting a price
This lane is priced instantly. Upload your file to the instant estimate and you get a number in seconds — nesting, machine time and live material costs, the same costing model our estimators use. The cut process is chosen automatically from the material.
